Acceptance of Terms
Use of this site, the contact channels, and the coverage inquiry services counts as agreement with these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site and the related services.
These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy. Both documents form the full agreement between CapeCover and the household using the service.
Eligibility
Services are available to U.S. residents of legal majority age. By submitting any form on this site, the submitter confirms eligibility on both counts. Information submitted by anyone who does not meet those conditions gets discarded on discovery.
Scope of Services
CapeCover provides coverage guidance and quote preparation across auto, home, health, Medicare, life, and burial insurance. The work covers analysis, carrier comparison, application support, and annual review.
CapeCover is a licensed insurance practice. Specific licensing details for each state served can be confirmed on request before any policy gets bound.
No Guarantee of Coverage
Submitting a form, taking a call, or completing a review does not guarantee approval for any policy. Final issuance and pricing sit with the carrier, subject to underwriting, eligibility, and state regulation.
Premium quotes shared during a review are estimates based on information available at the time and may change once a carrier completes underwriting.
Accuracy of Information
Information submitted through the site or during a coverage conversation must be accurate. Misstatements may void a policy at claim time or trigger denial during underwriting.
Updates to any prior submission can be made by reaching out through the contact channels listed on the home page. Keeping information current is the responsibility of the submitter.
Account Access
Accounts created on this site are intended for a single household. Passwords must be kept confidential, and any suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
CapeCover may suspend or terminate an account if it gets used in violation of these terms, used to submit false information, or used to harass any party connected to the service.
Acceptable Use
The site and services may not be used to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate another person or household
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the site or its infrastructure
- Send unsolicited communications through any contact channel
- Collect information about other users of the service

The CapeCover name, logo, written content, page designs, and code on this site belong to CapeCover. Use of any element for republication, training of machine learning models, or commercial purposes requires written permission.
Disclaimers
The site and services are provided as is. CapeCover makes no warranty of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond the licensed scope of insurance guidance.
Carrier websites, payment portals, and third-party services linked from this site are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CapeCover is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Direct liability is limited to the compensation received by CapeCover for the policy at issue.
Arbitration and Governing Law
Disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by CapeCover get resolved through binding arbitration, on an individual basis, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent allowed by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
